My first time in ‘The Box’ theatre in Kendal. We first went over what had been discussed the previous week which included Health and Safety, powering on procedure, using the truss, rigging lanterns safely, lantern information and plan of the theatre.
This session we would be learning mostly about lighting plans including :-
- What should be on a lighting plan.
- Introduction to symbols used in lighting plan.
- Designing a lighting plan.
- Rigging lanterns.
- Basic introduction to the lighting desk.
